Showstopper Babies and Tots term fees are required in full to guarantee your place in the class.

Your payment is none refundable once your sessions are booked. In extreme cases you may be offered a voucher to redeem at a later date, but this is at the discretion of the venue manager.

In the event of classes being canceled by the class leader due to Covid-19, the classes will be moved to an online platform. If this will be for more than one session, you will be issued with a voucher for £2.50 per class which transfers online (this is the difference in price between the online class amount of £4 and the in person cost of £6.50) to use at a later date towards a new booking with ShowstopperUk. No cash refunds will be made.

If you are unable to make a class during that term, your payment cannot be refunded or transferred to a later term, however you may do a make up session in another class during that term. Make up session must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

Spaces are non transferable and non refundable

Props and equipment are used to provide a sensory experience for the babies and should be used and controlled by the parent/guardian. Some items are not suitable for children under the age of 3 to be used unsupervised. Therefor we ask that parents follow the guidance of the class instructor as to how to use the props to enhance their babies enjoyment. We also ask that babies, where possible, avoid putting the items into their mouths.
